Abstract Format

General
○ Abstracts should be prepared in Turkish or English.
○ Abstracts will be presented as poster or oral presentation.
○ Abstract submissions will be made online via Nutuva Abstract Management System.
○ Only original research, review, and case reports will be accepted as abstract for the congress.
○ Those who will make presentations must be registered to the congress.
○ One person will be able to submit only two papers. Additional payment is required for additional papers.
○ All abstracts will be published in the congress book.
○ Papers that are included in the program but are not presented at the congress or whose abstracts are not submitted on time will not be published.

● Oral Presentations
○ A joint session will be planned for topics with similar content.
○ The duration of oral presentations is determined as 5 minutes.

● Poster Presentations
○ PowerPoint will be used fort he presentation. Posters should include introduction, material & method, results, discussion and reference sections.
○ Posters will be presented in digital/electronic format.
○ Posters should be 80 (width) x 120 (height)cm or 1080x1920 pixel.
○ Posters should be prepared on a single page.
○ At the top of your posters, there should be the title of the presentation, the names and addresses of the authors.

● Paper writing rules
a. Abstracts should be written in "Times New Roman" font, 11 point size, single line spacing, A4 size and 3 cm margins from the edges.
b. The abstract title should be written in Times New Roman, 11 points, bold and the first letters of the words should be capitalized, and should be no more than 12 words.
c. Abstracts should be written in Turkish and English with a maximum of 350 words, justified, with one line spacing. Abstract content in research papers should consist of "Objective", "Method", "Results" and " conclusion and recommendations" headings. Reviews and case reports are excluded from this list.
c. English keywords must comply with “Index Medicus: Medical SubjectHeading (MeSH)” standards. Turkish keywords should be in accordance with "Turkish Science Terms". It should be in 11-point characters.
d. Following the Turkish title, the names of the authors should be given as full names and surnames.
e. Institutional addresses of the authors should be given just below the list of authors using superscript, and the e-mail address of the corresponding author should be given below the institutional addresses in 10 font size.
f. Abstracts will only be accepted from the online abstract submission system on the congress website, and papers sent by mail or fax will not be evaluated.
g. An electronic message will be sent to the owners of the papers that their abstracts have been received.
h. The Scientific Committee of the Congress will decide on the acceptance and presentation of the abstract submitted to the system. The Congress Organizing Committee will work to implement this decision taken in general. However, the Congress Organizing Committee reserves the right to change the way of presentation due to time, clutter, number of abstracts due to some unforeseen circumstances.
i. For the abstracts to be accepted, the author who will present is registered to the congress. A person can submit a maximum of two abstracts.
j. Paper acceptance will be made as a result of a "double-blind reviewer evaluation".
